Administrative Clerk $19-$25/hr

Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Administrator, where you will support the activities of the tool and die, stamping, and engineering departments. You will balance labor for tool room staff, create purchase orders for heat treatment, and schedule pickups. Additionally, you will craft work instructions, manage tooling assessments, and provide essential clerical support for the tooling team. This role also involves participating in continual improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Support activities of the tool and die, stamping, and engineering departments.

Balance labor for tool room staff.

Create purchase orders for heat treatment and schedule pickups.

Develop work instructions.

Scan out TP work orders and scan in tooling assessments.

Create TC work orders.

Provide clerical support for the tooling team.

Assist in continual improvement projects.

Essential Skills

1+ year of administrative manufacturing experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and typing.

Strong administrative and clerical support skills.

Work Environment

Work within a Tier 2 Automotive supplier manufacturing environment, specializing in window/door car parts, steering column parts, and safety-critical seat parts. Enjoy a structured environment that balances the scale of a larger company with the close-knit atmosphere of a smaller team. The dress code includes uniforms provided by the company.

Location

This is a position based out of Valley City, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
