Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is seeking an entry level Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be part of the Accounting department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Manassas, VA

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Review statements and assist in reconciling accounts.

Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.

Utilize Excel for various financial reporting tasks.

Work independently while taking instructions and executing tasks efficiently.

What's Needed?

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Familiarity with Concur is a plus.

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
