Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for unloading trucks containing boxes of medical supplies. The boxes can weigh between 20-30 pounds. This role requires versatility in a small warehouse environment, where you will wear many hats. Daily responsibilities include unloading new orders from truck deliveries, scanning products via an RF scanner, and entering the data into an ERP system for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

Handle Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) and reconcile implant banks versus cycle counts with critical accuracy and attention to detail.

Update QAD inventory records with a focus on data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Email customer relations about missing inventory, requiring proficiency in Outlook and strong writing skills.

Pick and pack orders, recording picked items on picking forms with good handwriting and critical attention to accuracy and detail.

Reconcile loaner banks outbound to customers versus cycle counts with critical accuracy and attention to detail.

Update logs and perform internal inventory transfers with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Support all areas as a floater specialist.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using RF scanners.

Experience with inventory management and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Skills in warehouse administration and inventory control.

Experience in receiving and managing inventory stock.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel for exporting spreadsheets and navigating through data.

Experience with any ERP system for entering orders or inventory of new products.

Receiving warehouse experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
