Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations and ensure seamless day-to-day activities in our Granite Bay office. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to engage with clients, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive and organized workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and detail-oriented front desk experience.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on excellent service.

Process payments and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Answer and direct inbound calls while maintaining a high level of attentiveness.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and organized records.

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk roles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to handle payments and transactions with precision.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Experience answering inbound calls and managing phone systems.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and electronic payment processes.
