Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Columbia, South Carolina. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational and communication skills in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring inquiries are addressed or directed appropriately.

Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all records.

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and meeting coordination.

Assist in receptionist duties, welcoming visitors and maintaining a positive office atmosphere.

Organize and maintain office files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.

Support various office functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes. Requirements - Prior experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and front desk operations.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in standard office software applications.
