Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an Administrative Assistant 5 working in Redmond, WA

Pay rate: $ 45.31/hr.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

Minimum 4-5 years' experience with MSFT suites.

Minimum 4-5 years' experience with Working with C-Level suite.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist team with day-to-day exec office operations

Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events

Uses diplomacy and professionalism to draft communications for team

Creates data management plans and manages data by using the advanced features of Microsoft products/tools.

Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy and acts as an information resource to the business group.

Anticipates and removes administrative roadblocks and makes timely decisions across the business group.

Directly resolves customer requests and hosts business guests.

Serve as backup support to the team as needed and provide administrative support and process requests on behalf of the EPC admin team.

Undertake special assignments and projects as needed.

Drive for improvements within our business process and resources.

Build and maintain good business relationships with customers both internally and externally.

Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, navigate new challenges with confidence, and adjust direction in response to shifting priorities with a calm sense of urgency.

Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.

Expert ability in event planning, budgeting, etc.

Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Extensive experience working in an extremely fast paced environment.

Possess drive and initiative to identify, solve, and follow-through on problems and the ability to act independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

5+ years' experience required.

Experience working with executives required.

Pay Details: $45.31 per hour
