As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and staff at the location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and report any irregularities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols.
Maintain a professional presence and appearance while interacting with guests, staff, and the public at the location.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
