THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced commercial lines account servicer to join our Commercial Lines team in the SoCal Region. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

manage the entire account-service process

market to carriers, negotiate rates and terms

prepare quotes and proposals

check policies/endorsements/certificates/audits for accuracy

coordinate premium financing, as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You are perfect for this opportunity if you

hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

have at least 3+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment

are currently licensed in good standing

have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Korean speaking is highly desirable

This position can be hybrid (3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home)

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
