The Sherwin-Williams Finance & Accounting Full-Time Development Program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in core finance and accounting.

The 12-month program features rotational finance and accounting experiences with cross-functional exposure to all the Finance Networks within Sherwin-Williams to develop the foundation for what it takes to become a successful leader in our organization.? ?

You will have the opportunity to spend 3 months in 4 departments each including the Enterprise Financial Services Center of Excellence, Revenue & Margin Planning, Global Policy, and General Accounting. Through these rotations, you will gain meaningful exposure to the processes that drive results for the business, all while developing the skills to prepare you for an analyst role upon successful completion of the program.

As a program participant, you will be assigned tasks and projects to apply different skills, knowledge, and strategies to drive financial results and continuous improvement of our finance and accounting processes, allowing you to see the significant role our employees play in Sherwin-William's success. ?

This program is scheduled to begin in June of 2026 and will take place in our Corporate Headquarters located in Cleveland, OH. The identified candidate(s) will work in-person five days per week.
