Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler

Job Description

Join our team in the receiving department as a Warehouse Material Handler, where you will work collaboratively to ensure efficient inventory control and product management. This role requires dedication to maintaining a fast pace and handling materials safely.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members in the receiving department to efficiently process incoming goods.

Individually track contributions and performance.

Use RF scanners to manage inventory control.

Handle returns and ensure accuracy in receiving operations.

Operate electric pallet jacks when certified.

Maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse operations, preferably 0-6 months.

Proficiency in using RF scanners.

Strong understanding of inventory control processes.

Ability to walk and move at a fast pace for 8-12 hours per day.

Capability to lift 50 pounds independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfort with heights, necessary for using a 12ft staircase ladder.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Work Environment

Work in a bustling warehouse environment with narrow aisles and pallets laid out on the floor. Certified operators use electric pallet jacks, and safety is a top priority. Sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes are acceptable attire. Please note that cellphones, smart watches, and other electronics are not permitted in the warehouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
