Suncore is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as anAdministrative Assistant.

Things You'll Do

Perform general clerical duties to include answering phone calls, e-mail, and copying.

Draft communications, prepare reports, and systematically file documents and information.

Effectively interact with customers, team members, and visitors.

Assist with research or other projects as needed.

Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and take minutes.

Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships.

The ability to create reports, analyze data, and help identify issues and areas for improvement.

Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

A great team player that can assist in a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.

Strong technical proficiency with a working knowledge of Teams, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office products.
