Position Purpose:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. In addition to managing front desk operations, the ideal candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office management.

Hours: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $18/hour

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Professionally greets all guests and visitors on the telephone and in person. Ensure policies of the Lobby are maintained by requesting visitors to sign in and issue visitors pass/badge and contacting their host for the visit.

Effectively disperses information as it is received at the reception desk.

May use computer to search employee information and direct calls to appropriate department / person.

Assists Customer Service with processing orders and contacting customers and salespersons as needed.

Assists with filing and mail processing - provide general Administrative Assistance to various departments.

Manage and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining electronic and physical records.

Support various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry & filing.

Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
