This position plans, develops and conducts stateside training for DHHS Child Welfare program managers, supervisors, mission staff, as well as, private agency staff and family court personnel. This position is responsible for conducting training sessions, workshops, conferences and seminars in the area of child welfare. The position is responsible for training program policy and procedures in a manner that is consistent with the agency's philosophy of self-determination, strengthening families, and family preservation. Extensive travel is required.

Additional Requirements and Information
This position will work remotely. Occasional travel to the office located at Detroit/Lansing may be required. Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or work hybrid must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
