Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Monessen, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth operations for accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll processes. Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.

Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update financial records.

Perform data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Handle invoice processing, including verifying, coding, and recording transactions.

Oversee full-cycle payroll for 30-40 employees, including union payroll management.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Maintain organized and secure financial records for auditing purposes. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Knowledge of invoice processing and related financial practices.

Experience managing full-cycle payroll, including union payroll.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
