Job Description

Insight Global is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist who provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to departmental leadership and team members. This role ensures the smooth execution of daily activities, facilitates communication, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the department. You will be involved with providing administrative support, assisting with process management, helping with financial documents (invoices, approvals), interacting with customers directly, welcoming clients/customers into the office and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

2+ years of experience in an administrative role.

Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft products.

Excellent communication skills and confident interacting with clients/customers.

Needs to be coachable and trainable.

Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week, NO FLEX. - Experience in a customer facing role.
