As a Supply Chain Intern , you will work closely with the supply chain team, contributing to projects that ensure supply continuity, business and government reporting, and supply chain optimization. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interact with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Drive actions to ensure material availability supporting the manufacturing schedule.
Support coordination and planning of manufacturing cells.
Assist with the management of purchase orders and manufacturing work orders.
Support procurement activities through management and tracking of RFQs.
Review, organize, and improve documentation methods for vendor information.
Participate in kaizen events to drive process improvement within the supply chain.
Analyze inventory data to develop action plans for improving inventory turns.
Manage existing data sets and create new data models to track spend categories and supplier metrics.
Learn and apply lean manufacturing tools to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain communication with internal and external customers through written and verbal channels.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain.
PacSci EMC is a U.S. Department of State ITAR-regulated employer. To comply with ITAR requirements, this position is limited to U.S. citizens.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $20.00 - $40.00 Hourly.
Is this role subject to ITAR?
The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
