What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for an armed post.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity in an aerospace and defense environment.
Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals entering restricted areas, in accordance with site-specific guidelines.
Complete detailed incident and patrol reports, documenting observations and actions taken during shifts.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and public agencies as required, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Participate in ongoing training and drills to maintain readiness for emergency and/or crisis situations.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a Level III Armed Certification if applying in Texas.
Must have an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
An Armed Guard Card or Armed Guard License is required.
A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
