What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or suspicious behavior as required by site-specific procedures.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as needed.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents, emergencies, or policy violations.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements for driving positions only.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
