Complete daily/weekly meeting room inspections Document inspection results with the use of mobile device Print and post daily meeting room schedules Maintain AV asset inventory database documenting equipment location and ID numbers Move, set up, arrange, break down tables and chairs per daily set up requirements for flexible seating meeting room spaces. Transport and set up portable AV equipment across a campus of 3 buildings Set up and tear down of special event venues, tables, chairs, linens, skirting, AV equipment, cabling etc. Follows direction of supervisor Communicates well with all team members and client Complies with departmental policy for all safe practices Perform other duties as assigned.
