What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of the location.
Monitor the entry and exit of individuals, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site guidelines.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and/or emergency responders as needed to address inquiries or incidents.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Support the overall security-related operations of the location by remaining alert and attentive to surroundings while stationed at the front desk.

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
