Job Summary:

Nashville Toffee Company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our production team. As a Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our handmade toffee products are carefully packed, labeled, and prepared for distribution. This position requires attention to quality, efficiency, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Package finished toffee products according to company standards and specifications

Inspect products for quality, consistency, and presentation before packaging

Label and seal packages accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols

Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed

Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in food production or packaging is a plus but not required

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation:

$14/hour

Pay Details: $14.00 per hour
