Location: Richmond, VA

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $30-35/hr, bonus incentive eligible

Schedule: 5:45pm-6:00am (2-2-3 Schedule)

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You'll be:

Performing mechanical maintenance activities and minor electrical repairs on all manufacturing process equipment, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Troubleshooting production equipment throughout the plant and communicating with production personnel regarding the status of the lines.

Monitoring production lines to address any abnormal conditions of the machines and assisting line operators to improve quality and efficiency.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma (preferred) and knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including pumps, motors, and conveyors.

Possess mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, along with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Are able to remain standing 100% of the shift and can pass a functional capacity test prior to employment.
