Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for leading an office team of seven individuals. The role involves managing the receipt of products from an overseas manufacturing plant and ensuring their distribution to various distributors and outlets. Additionally, the Office Manager will assist in the Accounts Receivable and Payable departments and handle payroll and PTO from an HR perspective. Ensuring coordination between the Finance team and the Shipping and Receiving team is crucial to guarantee timely and accurate shipments.

Responsibilities

Lead the office team to ensure effective operations.

Manage the receipt and distribution of products from the manufacturing plant.

Assist in Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.

Handle payroll and PTO from an HR perspective.

Ensure coordination between the Finance and Shipping and Receiving teams.

Ensure products reach the facility and end customers on time.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least an Associate's Degree

At least three years of accounting experience, especially in Accounts Receivable

At least three years of leadership experience

Shipping and receiving experience (nice to have)

HR experience (nice to have)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Vacation: 1. 2 weeks paid vacation in the first year 1. 5 days available after 4 months2. 5 days available after 6 months 2. 2 weeks paid vacation in the 2nd year 1. 5 days available after 12 months2. 5 days available after 15 months

This is a fully onsite position in Troy,MI.
