Accounts Payable Analyst (Hybrid) - Albany, NY

What You'll Do

As an AP Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable process. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing high volumes of invoices with precision and speed

Performing 3-way match and resolving invoice discrepancies

Conducting supplier invoice analysis and exception remediation

Initiating supplier payments and ensuring timely disbursements

Identifying accounting treatment for non-PO invoices

Utilizing Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems

Creating pivot tables and using VLOOKUPs in Excel to support reporting and analysis

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role

Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred, but not required)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $65000.00/yr.
