Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator for a promising opportunity in Dallas, TX. This position involves supporting daily human resources operations for a dynamic organization, assisting with a variety of HR functions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding: Coordinate pre-employment processes, assist with new hire orientation, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Benefits Administration: Provide support in benefits enrollment, answering employee inquiries, and working closely with benefits providers to address issues.

Recruitment Support: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, maintain job posting updates, and track candidate pipelines.

Employee Records: Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Compliance: Support compliance efforts by tracking training programs, monitoring adherence to policies, and preparing audit materials when necessary.

HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and recruitment metrics.

General Support: Assist with payroll, employee relations activities, and other administrative duties as needed.
