Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. This is a Contract to position located onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will excel in customer-focused interactions, maintain strong organizational skills, and demonstrate patience in handling diverse tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical tasks, including document scanning and organization.

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring detail-oriented and courteous communication.

Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry to support office operations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

Uphold business casual dress standards while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.

Assist in managing schedules and appointments as needed.

Provide consistent and timely updates to supervisors on task progress.

Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures to maintain a productive working environment.

Address customer concerns with patience and a solutions-oriented approach

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or clerical support roles.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to remain patient and focused in high-pressure situations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic office software and document scanning tools.

Ability to work onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
