Physical Therapist (Per Diem) - 1:1 School & Home Assignments

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist

Minimum 1 year of experience in school/ home

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Your Role:

Develop and implement personalized care plans to accelerate patient progress

Help patients regain vital skills for independent living

Safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand/work for extended periods

Collaborate with a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional care

Additional duties as needed to provide outstanding patient support

Pay up to $100 an hour

Pay Per Visit:

$75 for 30-minute sessions

$85 for 45-minute sessions

$100 for 1-hour sessions

$150 for group sessions (3+ patients)
