As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. This is an armed and driving post, so you will be responsible for both carrying a firearm and operating a vehicle as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verifying credentials and authorizations as required.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of activities, observations, and incidents.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or security-related hazards.
Operate communication devices and security-related equipment as required for the post.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain required certifications and proficiency with armed patrol responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Must have a active DOD Clearance
Must have a active Texas Armed Security License
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
