Competitive and based on experience The Role The UWM Foundation is
seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. This position is
responsible for supporting the administrative department with a wide
variety of office duties, reporting to the Manager for Administrative
Services and Human Resources. This position works a 40-hour work week.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position
primarily works on site, with one flexible remote day weekly. What
You\'ll Be Doing General Office Duties Answering main phone line and
forwarding voicemails to the appropriate staff member Receive and direct
visitors Assist with meeting set up/clean up as needed Sort and
distribute incoming mail Schedule deliveries Submit request for
expenditures Maintain supplies for main copier Run misc. errands as
needed Misc. filing Run dishwasher Gift Related Duties Print and send
out standard receipts Draft acknowledgement letters Process daily check
deposit Process ACH deposits Process Credit Card Deposits/Payments
Accept cash donations/deposit at the bank UWMF Event/Meeting Duties
Assist office services coordinator with staff events Assemble board and
committee packets Assist with onsite set up at the UWM Foundation Annual
Board Meeting and Reception HR Related Duties Assist with various HR
projects including but not limited to: maintaining staff mailboxes,
SharePoint staff contact list & calendars, preparing new hires desk,
etc. Office Ordering Duties Order office supplies week Order staff
