Job Summary

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours). Monday-Friday, 7:30A-4P. No call, no major holidays, no weekends!

Department: pre-op/PACU

Location:7210 Village Medical Circle, Clemmons, North Carolina

Information: This is an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). There are 3 OR's, procedures range. The CNAI provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

Experience:

One year of relevant experience, preferred.

Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

Licensure/Certification:

Completion of NAI program, required.

Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

Medication Safety - AME, required.

NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

Additional Skills Preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
