What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or security-related issues according to Allied Universal protocols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors to maintain a secure environment within the financial institution setting.
Operate security-related systems such as access control devices, surveillance cameras, and communication equipment as required.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
