About the Role:
As a Finance Programs Analyst managing Producer Contracts, you will serve as a critical link between Producer recruiting and ongoing business execution. This high-volume role manages the abstraction, validation, and processing of Producer contracts and underwriting models, requiring precision to discern subtle contractual differences while maintaining consistency and governance across agreements. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and seamless handoff of Producer contractual obligations into operational workflows, directly supporting CBRE's ability to attract and retain top talent.
This job is part of the Advisory Operations & Strategy team which partners with senior leadership to implement short- and long-term strategic plans, working across business lines and geographies to drive process & program innovations, execute transformation initiatives and enhance strategic governance.
What You'll Do:
Abstract producer agreements, interpreting compensation structures, incentive triggers, and allowance provisions into standardized data fields.
Compare and reconcile nuanced differences across contracts and underwriting models to ensure financial accuracy and consistency.
Validate contract data through rigorous quality checks, maintaining integrity in central systems and governance frameworks.
Process a high volume of contract intake and approvals, balancing transactional efficiency with attention to detail.
Partner with recruiting, finance, legal, and operations to finalize Producer agreements, identify obligations and monitor for prompt execution.
Track contractual milestones-renewals, expirations, payouts, reimbursements-and proactively communicate obligations to stakeholders.
Produce reporting on obligations and incentives, highlighting anomalies, risks, and trends for business leaders.
Maintain auditable documentation and records that meet internal control and compliance standards.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and strengthen governance in contract management processes.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Programs Analystposition is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Finance Programs Analyst position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
