Rate of Pay: $208,125 - $220,000/year

Job Duties: Lead complex, multi-functional projects within the R&D team. Actively plan and drive cross-functional project teams to deliver against integrated, detailed plans and timelines, set quarterly goals, generate plans to meet those goals, and facilitate their completion in collaboration with the R&D team. Enable proactive communication with functional directors and managers to ensure integration of project, company, and functional goals towards achieving program milestones. Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators for programs, including the effectiveness of technical strategies, regulatory pathways, clinical development progress, project execution, and product development risks (e.g., alignment to schedule, scope, resources), to provide management with detailed status updates. Oversee all phases of the product development process from concept to launch, with an understanding of design control principles and management of gatekeeping, design freezes, design reviews, change control, sign-offs, etc. Organize regular team meetings to drive progress, track and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and review action items. Generate necessary documentation and assist teams in creating project plans, protocols, reports, etc.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Project Manager, R&D Engineering-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$208,125 - $220,000/year

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
