As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading automotive location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols of the premises, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, assisting with inquiries and responding to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, including areas where vehicles and equipment are present.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or hazards encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
Assist with emergency response protocols, including coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities if necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of activities, observations, and incidents during each shift.

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
