Immediate Opening: Office Administrator - Real Estate

We're hiring immediately for a dynamic Office Administrator to join our fast-paced, client-focused team. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a multitasking environment, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As our Office Administrator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the office-ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our agents can focus on delivering exceptional service. This hybrid role blends front desk reception, transaction coordination, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries

Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings

Prepare and track real estate documents (contracts, disclosures, leases)

Maintain organized and compliant client files

Assist with MLS listings and social media posts

Design flyers, brochures, and marketing materials

Order and manage office supplies and equipment

Coordinate open houses and client events

Provide general administrative support to agents and brokers

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in real estate, office administration, or customer service is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MLS and CRM systems preferred

Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information

Team-oriented with a client-first mindset

Experience Level

Intermediate - ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in administrative support and a desire to grow in the real estate industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
