Office Assistant - Part Time - Downtown Lancaster

We are seeking a professional Office Assistant to provide daily administrative and clerical support! This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position for a reputable non-profit housing organization located in downtown Lancaster. Parking is provided!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle routine office tasks and support community operations.

Maintain positive relationships with residents and staff.

Manage files and dispatch work orders.

Support resident engagement and satisfaction programs.

Assist in planning and coordinating resident events.

Prepare and distribute standard resident communications.

Program and manage security access cards.

Maintain organized filing systems for reports and deadlines.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license.

Minimum one year of office or administrative experience preferred.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

Work Environment:

Occassional travel to other community offices within the Northeast.

Moderate physical activity indoors and outdoors, including lifting (up to 25 lbs), standing, bending, and walking.
