Anatom Solutions LLC is seeking a Chief Executive Officer in the Aurora, Colorado area. The address is 16658 E 2nd Ave, Aurora, Colorado 80011

Annual salary: $ 319,800

The job duties are the following:

Strategic Leadership and Vision:

Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic plan for the company's growth and expansion.

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the restoration and rebuild industry.

Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability.

Ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its service offerings.

Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including water, mold, and fire restoration, as well as rebuild services.

Ensure efficient and effective project management, from initial assessment to final restoration.

Optimize resource allocation and streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the company's budget, financial forecasts, and P&L statements.

Identify and implement strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.

Secure necessary financing and manage relationships with financial institutions.

Analyze financial reports and provide insights to the leadership team.

Business Development and Sales:

Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and market share.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, property managers, and other key stakeholders.

Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to ensure effective lead generation and customer acquisition.

Team Leadership and Culture:

Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.

Foster a positive and collaborative company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations and reputation.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

Job Requirements are:

5 years experience in a senior management position within a construction company or project management company for commercial and residential construction.

Certificate for water and sewage infrastructure inspector

Minimum of Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering
