Global Web Operations Manager
We are seeking a performance-driven digital native to join our Global Brand & Digital Marketing team, whose mission is to unify our brand strategy with creative design and digital channels in order to strengthen our brand and power its role in driving Broadridges marketing goals.
You will be a critical part of the team that helps guide the next stage of our marketing operations and digital marketing acumen. You will lead projects to optimize the user experience of our marketing websites and search experience for users. You will oversee the pipeline of web requests for marketing campaigns, execute in a clear and timely way, and apply data-led thinking as you help influence decisions.
In this journey, you will be key in advancing our website with AI-driven SEO strategies, content optimization, schema implementation, technical improvements, and future-facing innovations like LLM-based chat agents and on-site search experiences.
To our segment and enterprise marketers, you will be a trusted advisor and facilitator to launch campaign pages, optimize content, and manage timelines. To our global technical ops team, you will be a partner in problem-solving, backlog grooming, and overall process improvement. Your expertise in website user experience, usability, search, analytics, and project management will be critical factors to your (and our) success.
Ultimately, you make the most of your technical, UX, B2B marketing, and relationship management skills to help Marketing teams succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with members across Marketing including COEs and segment marketing teams, analytics, and lead generation to evolve broadridge.com, our regional websites, and microsites
Serve as a web experience expert and advisor, guiding the quality and effectiveness of landing page experiences
Manage the backlog of web requests and enhancements with disciplined Agile best practices
Apply new SEO tactics, through experimentation and best practices, to improve our presence in both traditional and AI search engines, analyze the data, create case studies, and develop best practice guides to scale our overall search program
Implement improvements to our global web operations using data, AI, automation tools, and other creative ideas
Help enforce our website and brand guidelines, in balance with usability best practices, using data to help guide decisions
Ensure our websites comply with privacy, security, and accessibility requirements
Optimize site performance, conversion paths, and lead flow through carefully planned and structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing)
Develop workflow documentation, playbooks, and training materials to build awareness of website best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications
6+ years in web operations, digital marketing, or related technical marketing roles
Demonstrated experience owning enterprise-grade websites and delivering measurable business impact
Strong B2B marketing background with a record of driving KPIs via web experiences
Expertise with modern CMS platforms, component-based design systems, and troubleshooting technical issues that emerge on websites (e.g., HTML, CSS, JS, SSL certs, domains)
Experience with website migrations and retirements, and platform changes
Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Power BI), and experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
Full understanding of site performance, accessibility, security, and privacy standards
Proven experience optimizing websites for search (organic and paid), LLMs, and AI
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence across technical and non-technical teams and across global teams
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Salary range $120,000.00- $135,000.00 USD . Bonus Eligible.
