Our client is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be part of a Health Support Department supporting client interaction and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing compassionate, client-centered service which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Location: Greenville, SC

Pay Range: $16-17

Shift: 8:30a-5pm M-F

What's the Job?

Meet, interview, and assist public health clients on-site following program guidelines and policies.

Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client needs and inquiries.

Process and update client information, medical records, and profiles, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Answer client questions via phone and schedule appointments efficiently.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in related fields is advantageous.

Previous experience in health, client services, or healthcare settings is advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
