We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Lead to guide and support a production team while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met every day. Pay: $21-$22/hr + incentive Shift: Day shift only What You'll Do Train and mentor team members on production, quality control, and safety processes Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and production records; ensure accuracy and compliance Track and document team performance to meet production goals Conduct and record random quality control inspections Motivate and coach employees to improve performance Enforce company processes and standards consistently Document any attendance, performance, or safety issues Review daily production goals with customer management Communicate and collaborate with customer leadership to address and adjust priorities What We're Looking For Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills Experience in a production/warehouse environment Leadership experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Previous warehouse experience required Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
