Position Details:

Schedule: Part-time, seasonal (2-3 days per week now through fall)

Shifts: 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay: Tipped position with guaranteed wage of $21.67 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to poolside guests

Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and accuracy of all drink orders

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including restocking supplies

Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service at all times

Assist in keeping the pool area tidy and welcoming

Skills & Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred

Valid Maine liquor license (or ability to obtain) required

Strong knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak season days as scheduled
