Office Support Specialist - 108375

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Support Specialist to join our client's team. This role will provide a blend of administrative, order entry, and basic accounting support.

Schedule: Full-time

Pay Rate: $20+/hour (DOE)

*This a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform order entry and assist with basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks.

-Support the development of policies, procedures, and administrative documentation.

-Collaborate with IT consultants to draft and maintain internet security plan.

-Provide general office support.

-Assist with additional administrative assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

-Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite required).

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

-Ability to learn new systems quickly.

-Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
