What you'll do...
Support cross functional teams driving innovation projects from concept to execution, collaborating across business, product, and tech teams
Support the Commercializing Innovation lead with the selection process for third-party partnerships, including RFPs, NDAs, and solution evaluations in collaboration with experts in Product, Tech, Legal, Patient Safety and Compliance
Track and report on deliverables and timelines for H&W's Growth Accelerator-driven initiatives
Coordinate with roadmap owners in other areas (like eCommerce and Technology) to track dependencies and joint deliverable milestones
Support strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams, summarizing progress for executive stakeholders
Guide testing and scalability assessments for new technologies and business models
Coordinate with Finance to tie business cases and performance of new service offerings to the annual and long range planning process.

We work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to accelerate impactful ideas-from pilot to full-scale implementation. This role is critical to helping us deliver on our mission to make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and effective for our customers.
What You'll Bring:
Experience managing complex innovation or technical programs with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables and timelines
Comfort navigating third-party relationships, contracts, and RFP processes
Ability to distill complex project updates into clear, executive-level summaries
Reputation for quickly understanding and engaging in the substance of a complex industry, not simply tracking the process
Strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
Financial acumen - understanding how elements of the project tie to financial outcomes
