We are in search of a Catering Sales Manager to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing? Manages the sales efforts for the property including weddings and social catering. Driven individual focused on achieving both team and individual success through the delivery of exceptional customer service Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market trends that may lead to changes in strategy to meet or exceed client expectations. Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. Responds to incoming catering opportunities for the resort. Work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers. Attend community/social events, industry...
