Job Description
Cash Account Manager/Specialist - This position is responsible for being the lead point of contact for key client/cash customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account(s), customer stakeholders and the LOB. This includes cash loads, cash reconciliation, cash loss reporting, and branch support of vault cash locations. The individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office. The person will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Oversee onboarding of new terminals
Monitor processor / logo set-up
Monitor transmission of orders to Brink's
Support for last minute orders
Communicate as liaison between internal (recon + finance) teams
Armor claims that Key Client/Customer need to
Monthly true-up payment, tracking stolen cash
Monthly invoices
Champion for solution improvements
Automate orders for Key Client/Customer
Receive balances from processor and Brink's, to report on missed loads
Run analysis for cash management improvements
Forecasting
Armor management
Conduct monthly reviews
Service quality
New opportunities
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma is required
· Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
· Experience in the ATM industry very helpful
· Reconciliation experience preferred

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word and Advanced Excel skills
· Ability to create/maintain Excel spreadsheets containing formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup, graphs, etc.
· Experience with Cash Management Software System(s) preferred
· Must be capable of learning new software and applications
· Basic math skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is performed in a business office setting. The working environment can be distracting due to noise.
EFFORT:
Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Must be an excellent listener. Constant moving around the office to address questions and provide coaching. Continuous looking at dual computer screens. Daily contact with management and co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor. Lifting of 10 pounds or less, which can be accommodated.
SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions
