Job Description
Position Summary
The Director of Supply Chain Network Strategy at BCD will orchestrate the development and execution of critical initiatives aimed at optimizing the supply chain network. This role entails a thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and leading projects to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives (CCCT, Supplements, PCS) and develop continuous improvement. This includes working in close partnership with business General Managers to prioritize initiatives and with Operations teams to ensure efficient execution. Responsibilities also include shaping the new method of planning process, encompassing Long Term Capacity planning and the delivery of E2E Ops Agility initiatives for the division.
Responsibilities
Planning for the future:
Develop and implement long-term supply chain network strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of current supply chain processes and find opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
Network Optimization:
Lead initiatives to optimize the supply chain network, including warehouse locations, transportation routes, and inventory management.
Apply sophisticated analytics and modeling tools to evaluate different scenarios and recommend the best course of action.
Implement standard methodologies and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
Project Management:
Be responsible for and lead supply chain projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external interested parties to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (targets) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on supply chain performance and critical initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives
1.SIOP:
Develop the maturity roadmap for Sales Inventory and Operations Planning processes across BCD, ensuring a shift from supply chain-focused initiatives to a decision-making forum.
Lead change management for strategic supply chain initiatives, including HR roadmaps, rewards programs, team vision, and performance management.
2.D.A.R.T:
Shape and deploy end-to-end operations strategies related to Digitalization, Agility, and Resilient Talent.
3.P.F.E.P:
Develop a tradeoff strategy for Plan for Every Part analysis that positions the business to compress lead times while balancing inventory.
4.SC Planning Digital Roadmap:
Implement the supply chain planning digital roadmap, inclusive of demand, supply, and production planning initiatives.

Requirements
Education
BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience
10+ years dynamic management experience in Supply Chain/Ops.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning (MRP/ERP, sophisticated planning tools like SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle i2).
Broad supply chain functional expertise from demand planning to production/distribution.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, financial planning, organizational planning.
International experience.
Knowledge of supply network planning heuristics/optimization methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $145,500.00-$218,250.00.
