Description We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in civil litigation, research, and trial proceedings, particularly in family law matters. You will handle a range of cases including divorces, custody disputes, guardianships, and other family-related legal issues.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce proceedings, custody disputes, and guardianships.

Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other necessary documents.

Manage discovery processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

Prepare for and participate in court trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.

Advise clients on legal rights and options, helping them navigate complex family law matters.

Negotiate settlements and agreements that align with clients' best interests.

Analyze case details to develop effective litigation strategies.

Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to ensure thorough case preparation.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.

Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and legal precedents to provide informed counsel. Requirements - Active attorney license in the state of Arizona.

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.

Proven trial experience with a strong track record in litigation.

Expertise in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Skilled in conducting legal research and managing discovery processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with professionalism and discretion.

Familiarity with Arizona family law statutes and procedures.
