Job Title: Manufacturing Laborer

Working 12 hour schedule ( 7AM to 7PM)- 3,2,2 schedule:

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Saw Helper to support the Saw Operator during shifts. This is a basic entry-level position with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Saw Operator during shifts.

Retrieve and set up products for cutting.

Assist with various tasks as needed during the shift.

Ensure good attendance and punctuality.

Work 12-hour shifts as part of a rotating schedule.

Essential Skills

0-1 years of work experience.

Ability to stand on feet for 12-hour shifts.

Capable of reading and interpreting work orders, safety instructions, and manuals.

Basic math skills.

Work Environment

The work environment operates 24/7 with 12-hour shifts.

The environment is dirty and dusty, not temperature-controlled, and can get very hot in the summer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $18.25/hr.
