As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be an integral part of maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your primary responsibilities will include performing regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related matters.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs and/or reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
