As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment for everyone on site. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and/or actions taken during patrols.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing assistance and information as needed within the facility.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess an active Armed Guard Card or Armed Guard License as required by applicable state and/or local laws.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
